  The staff was very friendly (Romanian employees at the reception), they helped us with every request we had, very good location in the city center, easy to find, even if it was on crowded street, room was not noisy. The room was also clean and had towels in the bathroom.   We arrive in Genoa to find out there would be a train strike on the day we were to leave. We had booked 2 nights at the hotel. We explained to the lovely young lady about our predicament and that we wanted to only stay one night as we did not want to get caught up in the train strike.
