  The owner of Hotel Genziana is one of the nicest and accommodating people we have met on our travels. Our stay was very enjoyable and for a facility with a shared bathroom, we did not mind this at all due to the cleanliness and support of staff.   1. Amazing location. Right in the city center. Genova was a lot of small dirty streets, where you might be afraid to walk in the late evening. This is not the case here. The hotel is located on the central clean street with a lot of light and big elegant shops. This is pleasant.
