A wonderful B&B in an ancient building near the Duomo. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms. My husband and I and two friends stayed in 2 of its 3 rooms. Large pleasant "dining room" where our "host" Alberto set out a lovely breakfast with a variety of fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cakes and pastries, etc., and made us coffee and tea. This is a very nice, very modern apartment. The land lady lives on the floor above and was very helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and shares the floor with a lawyer's office. It is one block from the bus stop from Florence and a 10 minute walk from the Campo and a very nice grocery store. I would definitely stay here again. -

shower rather than bath) and a well fitted kitchen/diner. The diner
had a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine - all of
high quality. Only one of the bedrooms had a window with a view - the

We enjoyed everything at the apartment, the view was amazing and the
apartment was well equipped and very clean.
We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in,
and she was so kind a funny to talk to.
The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities including a swimming pool and lovely views of Sienna. We got excellent service from all the staff, especially the receptionists and the barman who has a great sense of humour and taste in music. - We loved the friendly environment and felt that this was the best value for our entire 15 day stay in Italy.
