  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities. Somebody tried to steel my iphone from my hands right outside the hotel at 7pm at night.

  perfect visit - The staff were friendly, efficient, interested and keen to assist. looked after us and made our stay very enjoyable. Seemless check-in which took only minutes.   All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, they were kind enough to let us leave our heavy suitcases with them while we went to Capri for two days even though we weren't coming back to stay there. The breakfast was also very good. The only thing I didn't like so much was that it was down in - An excellent hotel, very well located. Most important attractions are walking distance away as are the Railway Station and the Ferry Wharf. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me plan my trips to the Amalfi coast, Capri et al. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Seem to be newly done up. The morning breakfast was very nice and while it was an excellent Prosecco instead of Champagne, I certainly had no complaints. Some excellent pizzerias nearby. All in all a very pleasant

  very nice modern hotel, convenient for the station as we were travelling by train on to Sorrento. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loved the area. Room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the roof top terrace a really unexpected treat. I would definitely come back.   Hotel staff could not be more helpful, and made us very welcome. Nice view over Naples, and breakfast service is amazing! Wifi and wired internet available, 5 euro per hour or 10 euro for 3hrs. Free parking is handy too.
