  very nice modern hotel, convenient for the station as we were travelling by train on to Sorrento. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loved the area. Room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the roof top terrace a really unexpected treat. I would definitely come back.   We arrived at Naples Airport in the early evening and instead of picking up a hire car and driving into the dark we decided to stay overnight. A complimentary courtesy car took us to /from the hotel. The staff were charming and my request for a quite room was granted...22 floor. We had a superb dinner, sleep and breakfast.   All round decent digs in Napoli, decent value and decent rooms etc. if I were going to Napoli again I would stay closer to the nightlife which seems to be in the Chiai area just back from the marina. - Location was good, 10minutes walk from station. Room was big, clean and comfortable.

  that's an oasis in the centre os naples! we reached the hotel by foot from the central railway ctation - there was rubbish everywhere while we were going, but caracciolo appeared like a miracle)) by the way, naples has it's own charm and i like it, but the difference is enormous on the first sight)) - Beautiful hotel with nice facilities. Somebody tried to steel my iphone from my hands right outside the hotel at 7pm at night.
