  What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. After we had checked out and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us. The room was beautiful and was cleaned every day. - The location of the hotel is ideal and very close to most of the main sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. We saw some negative reports on the hotel before we went but these are completely unfounded imo. I would stay here again. Thankyou to the hotel staff, we had a great time and Rome is beautiful!
