  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.

  We were greeted by a very friendly and funny guy named roberto. He was very funny and cheeky in a good way with jokes! He checked us in and gave us very detailed info bout the city. We were given a huge triple room with a nice balcony. Very very clean and absolutely comfortable. Memory foam mattress is a big plus point.   The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They were more than happy to give us extra information including good restaurants to go to and ones to avoid. They were especially considerate of the prices too as we were on a budget as I imagine most people are these days. The room was spacious and although the bathroom was not big, it was clean, towels were changed daily and it included everything we needed. Our room was situated next to the street, so we could hear some traffic but not very loud, we had no problem sleeping.

  The location was fantastic. Just a 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and the city bus stops right in front of the door. There is a grocery shop opposite the hostel and a few places to have a good meal. The room was located on the 5th floor. Thus we enjoyed the peace and quiet during our stay. In addition, the bathroom is also very clean. Overall, - excellent combination of price and quality. it's not like the hotel in the classic sense. rather, bed and Breakfast. the hotel offers three rooms for guests. the hostess, an elderly Italian, lives there. speaks only Italian, English communicates her son.
