  Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. The map he marked out for us was invaluable. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host. Very polite, smiling all the time, great sense of humor and gets out of his way to make your stay better. Oh!   Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307). All the fixtures were high end, and the space a very well designed and comfortable. The bed was total luxury! And the shower facility was excellent.   Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to all the sights including the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.   Nazionale 51- Stayed in this lovely hotel for 5 nights in September 2013 with my mother. We were a bit confused at first when the taxi pulled up outside because it looked nothing like a hotel, just a big wooden door. Our hotel was on the 4th floor consisting of 6 rooms, this floor had just been totally re - I felt completely at home and relaxed here. I booked in very last minute and got a great deal. I'm not sure what the full rate is so I can't speak for that, but for what I payed, wow! It is a historical building but newly renovated in a modern/spa like style. The original elevator still exists which I feel adds a lovely contrast to the modern B&B. It was spotless clean and perfectly located. The owner/host was incredibly hospitable and friendly.
