  Location was extremely convenient, just 4 short blocks from Termini station in central Rome (hub for all trains, buses and subways). Good sound insulation from the street (there is a daily street market daily just outside). The closeness of station did not bother us, because most of the streets are really quiet. The room was clean with all the necessary staff. The breakfast was only sweet.

  It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water.   The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break. 10 minutes walk from Termini station and we found it very easy to find using google maps. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st floor of the building we still found it with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the whole of Rome. Location is great, 5 min walk to Termini bus station/train station. Stop for red open top tour bus 110.
