Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area.
