  Excellent stay. The owner, Silvia was friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my error in dates. We hope to go back to Rome again and will definitely be looking to stay here. The staff are so nice and friendly, and make an effort to help! The B&B is close to everything and can take the metro to everywhere easily. Opposite the hotel has a supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its at good price. I will come back again !

  Location was great and the staff was very friendly and polite. First day they gave as a great map of Rome which was very useful and we didn´t need another one. All main atracttions were close enough to walk. Rome is really fascinating and impressive town. Room was very clean, but bathroom is a bit too small. There are ministries and good shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a bottle of delicious welcome wine in the room which was nice. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the good cappucino.

  It was close to the metro station, so reaching the center of the town was very easy. It was clean and nicely decorated. Good food. - A very good hotel, i would like to go back. Also location is perfect.

  The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Main Station (Termini) on a well known road. Unlike other reviewers, I found the surrounding safe even in late night. It has a small but working lift. We stayed for 3 nights from May 18 in Room 201, a triple room which was of adequate size, spotlessly clean and sound proof. It had a freeze and a working a/C. Linen and towels were clean an - When we arrived to the hotel, it was already midnight but we were welcomed very nicely. The staff gave us very good information about Rome. Hotel room was very clean and the location is great to go to many attractions. The room size was not the biggest but was sufficient. Colosseum is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini is within couple minutes walking distance.

  Very close to Train/ Metro Station, accessible to food center, shopping or souvenir center and tourist attraction. The hotel facilities is good, you can get a free wifi here and breakfast. The ambience is great, meet so many travelers here.   When we booked That's Rome on line we had no idea what we were in for. We went strictly on the reviews we found. We were not disappointed! This is a small family run B&B that offers GREAT value for money, fantastic security, and within a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini! We were in an apartment that offers 3 rooms with a shared bath. The owners - A very clean, nicely decorated place to stay away from the street noise. The owners are super friendly and we didn't have any problems communicating in spite of the fact that their English wasn't that great. Even though breakfast wasn't big enough for me, it was homemade and tasting really delicious! It's very close to the Termini Station and if you like walking, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and about 30 minutes to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps. It was also nic
