  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm. The location is near to metro and bus connections to city center, but at the same time very quite and very green, two loarge public open parks are near to the hotel. I will definitevly stay here next time if I visit Rome for tourism or for busness. - The room was lovely - clean, large and light. It was in a beautiful old palazzo with high ceilings. It was quiet and in an elegant and peaceful area of Rome, but with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. We particularly appreciated the fact that you could use the shared kitchen to cook an evening meal, which as a family allowed us to save a bit of money on eating out.

  Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . i would thoroughly recommend it! - it's a combination between BandB and Hotel for its services , having also a very nice and cheap restaurant La Famiglia downstairs , where i also take my first dinner because my flight land in Rome in the late afternoon and so i find my way to the BandB at 10pm.I'm a traveller and i can assure you that i really stayed there better then into a 3stars Hotel.People reallly hospitable .
