I decided on it after weeks of online searching and studying of comments made by guests and we were both thrilled with how it came out to be. It is one of the very few hotels where what you find when you get there is all that the site describes and even better.   It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.
