  The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful!   We moved to la dimOra after staying at a local apartment on the same street. What immediately struck us was the great location. Corso Di Porta Ticinese is a great place to stay in when in Milan but la dimOra was located in an even quieter lane off the tram line just 100m away and very near to a great pizzeria and gelateria, as well as some eclecti... mitä ihmiset sanovat » c shops! Carrefour Express was just 5 mins . away and was great for any supplies that you lacked. What impressed us upon checking in was the reception - The receptionist was really very helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was spacious and had all that we wanted, and was new and had some great design elements. And it was especially good for travel with kids. The location was great. A pleasant walk or short tram ride to the centre of Milan and lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by. And it was in a VERY quiet street, which was great.

  I do not agree with any of the negative reviews on this absolutely magnificent hotel. You get what you pay for and maybe even more. The room was spacious, clean and very bright. The furniture is not the most fashionable in the world but it's a hotel you need to rest in, not have any parties nor anything.
