Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable.   Hotel Bocaccio was in such a fabulous location, I would have been pleased even if it offered only mediocre accommodations. However, this was not the case. Patty, the hotel owner, was friendly and helpful even before I arrived, responding promptly to my emails, providing me with the information I requested. Cant comment on the shared shower as I left early in the am and didnt use it. Bathroom (toilet room which was separate) was very clean though
