Ripetta Rooms is a fairly new establishment. It is perfectly located for access to the metro station and other public transport. The main shopping areas are also only a short walk away. the facilities are excellent and the staff that run the establishment are absolutely great. Breakfast at a neighboring coffee shop also worked quite well. -

It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design
and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to
visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you
have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many
restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and
all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes
to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

Excellent location! Especially for shopping. Many major sites easily within walking distance. I did cab to the Vatican, but was a minimal cost and quick ride in the early am. (cab stand 2 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo). My suite was very quiet with a well stocked fridge of breakfast items including eggs, juice, meats, etc. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The staff was especially kind and accommodating. The wifi, tho fine for e-mail and texting, wasn't strong enough for Skype. Ms.

We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

It felt like we were staying at our home in Rome rather than a hotel! very specious, stylish and comfortable room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, walking distance to Vatican and St Angelo Castle and city centre is only 15 mins away walking. I would not look for another place to stay when I go back to Rome again.
