  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner. It helped me to be relaxed in a strange city. Her English is excellent and did her best to explain. All questions asked were answered being new in Genoa.
