The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area and is a very good choice if you don't like the noise of the city center.   We stayed here 2 nights because we went to a concert at Atlantico. The location was perfect for the concert as we could walk home and skip the traffic and nightmare of parking. We even went into town for a day and it wasn't too bad, there is a bus that stops out front and takes you up to the subway.
