  This place is on the first floor of an apartment building on the Viale Dell Arte - a main road in the Eur district. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay). The room was exceptionally clean and although not huge, it had everything - Really nice place, not exactly in the center but close to the metro station. Very friendly staff.   We stayed here 2 nights because we went to a concert at Atlantico. The location was perfect for the concert as we could walk home and skip the traffic and nightmare of parking. We even went into town for a day and it wasn't too bad, there is a bus that stops out front and takes you up to the subway.   The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet. Great distance from the underground station - great connection to both city centre and Lido di Ostia for beach :) Overall - excellent for a great price, would recommend for everyone! I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :)
