  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

  Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.

  It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

  Rauhallisuus, siisteys - We really loved this hotel. Our room was enormous, with a very nice bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in the room so we could keep drinks and snacks handy. TV included CNN, good for the non-Italian speakers. - The hotel was lovely, and the staff could not do enough for us, especially Tony on the desk. Breakfast was good, and coffee in our room the cheapest in Florence! We stayed in a lovely room with a painted ceiling and balcony, and had clean bedding and towels every day. We loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to any one else.
