  The location was perfect - a short walk to almost everything! Even the things that were "far" were only a 20 minute walk. (Spanish Steps/Trevi Fountain) Alina at the front desk was awesome and so helpful!! The rooms were nice & clean. The bathrooms were nice as well.   The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Very pleased to s - Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!
