  Excellent hotel in a very good location just off Maggiore Piazza. The staff were friendly and helpful. I drove to the hotel and they looked after city driving permit and parking. I used sat nav to find hotel which got me to the front door, unfortunately via a pedestrian area! Still I learnt some new Italian phrases. A tasty breakfast was offered in a stylish dining room from 06:45 until 10:30 so great for tourists and business travellers alike.   We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. She was very helpful and very pleasant and really couldn't do enough. It is very homely, the apartments were extremely spacious. She showed us 2 apartmen - Wonderful place with fantastic ambiance. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes on foot from 2 towers, lot of restaurants around. Our number was well-designed, with beautiful antique bureau and table and had (apart from the main window) - a little round nice window that made the ambiance in our room really magical! 2 beds were comfortable.
