  The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. We got city map, explanation, every useful information. The room was always clean. The kitchen was with full of equipment for a home made meal. The room looks like on the pictures. - Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

  The owner Massimo was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The place was furnished with warm and welcoming decor - a relief after an exhausting commute. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and location was a short 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. Breakfast was simple but for me only the espresso machi... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ne mattered! Would recommend this place to anyone who's on a stricter budget but still want a nice place to stay. - An appartment converted into 4 separate rooms, with 2 bathrooms. Free parking is possible in the streats around the building (maybe 5 min walk). 10 min walk to the Colosseum and to the closest metro station. Free WI-FI was excelent. The owner Massiomo is a very nice guy. Good value for money!

  We loved the location, we just stepped out of the door and we were near the heart of Rome. The owner, Andrea really looked after us, he provided snacks and water/coffee all the time we stayed, it was a very homely, friendly place with a communal area and balcony to relax. We would not hesitate to go back. - Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

  Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Best of all were the hosts, Marco and Emiliano. The - The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time. Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety box
