  Barbara and Stephen were wonderful hosts. They explained how to easily move around the city. The room was very large and clean. Desktop computer in rooms. And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

  Location was fantastic just by the colosseum and surrounded by loads of restaurants and bars which were very reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. They are charming, friendly, helpful hosts who gave us a wealth of information about Rome. But the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

  Very convenient for a bus to the centre, very good value for money, good bars and restaurants in the San Lorenzo area. - Considering quality / price ratio, it is an excellent hotel. The garden was beautiful. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The breakfast was absolutely more than a continental breakfast. The staff was helpfull.
