  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

  First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.   We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask.
