  Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  MiHotel was clean, friendly, contemporary, and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious in a bright cheery room. Night of arrival, cocktails and snacks were served at the bar in the main libby...nice!   We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The guest relations manager went out of his way to ensure our visit was successful, recommending restaurants etc. The hotel has a beautiful garden, swimming pool and ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » spa, and we really couldn't fault it. - the people were very helpful and friendly. the pool and spa was amazing.
