  The staff was really kind to us, the place was big and comfortable. I really liked the common space, books everywhere, nice design pieces. And absolutely, the name. A mix between fantastic literature and music. - I love everything about this place, the room is very comfortable and clean with central heating (very important for the winter time).   Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially
