  The location is fairly close (15-minutes walk) to the Metro station, and there's a supermarket on the way, but it's nowhere central. Takes in total about 40 minutes to drive to the main tourist areas. The kitchen is decently equipped with all the basic things, everything is rugged and used, but functional and decently clean. The apartment is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok.   Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms are sparse but we didnot spend our time there, we spent most of our time walking about Rome.However, the room was very clean and neat and the breakfast buffet wasvery nice. While they are far from most of the sites, they are veryclose to the metro so getting around is quite easy. This was the best part of our Rome visit as far as comfort and friendliness are concerned. Over and over, they gave directions, helped with an awful incident, made our stay a delight. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked goods and home made yogurt and fine cappuccino. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice.
