The free shuttle to the Port to catch the ferry to Chinque Terra.The waiter who noticed that I could not open my breakfast cheese and was immediately there to help. The cup of tea made at the bar. The staff were friendly, helpful and honest. I accidently left my camera bag (with a lot of valuable equipment) in the lobby overnight and they had it set aside for me in the morning (with everything still in it).
