  Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped carry our lugguge up the 3 flights of stairs! Then spent time going through a map showing us the location of the attractions, good restaurants and places not to miss. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.
