The staff were very friendly, Internet worked well, room was large and air conditioning was strong. Great location, 5 mins from main train station and 5 minutes from the duomo, small supermarket next door.
The room was big and confortable, the owners were kind and friendly, although they only spoke italian. Location is great, very close to train station and city center.

The presentation of the room was great, and the hostess very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with lots of good eateries close by.

The shared bathroom was often dirty ( this was mainly the other guest's fault) but there was mould on thr roof and the shower head was broken and leaked, resulting in poor water pressure.
The shower was very small and it flooded.

Noise and smoke. The room was neither sound-proof not airtight. Even as a non-smoking room, when people smoked in the lobby or on the stairs, it insinuated into the room. And noise from the adjacent bathroom at night was terrible. In fact every noise from our floor and below was heard.
Need to ask for the electric mosquito killing plugs, otherwise there
will be many mosquito. Its fine are we used.
lot's of mosquito, i can not sleep very well in two days stay.
the toilet is not clean.
Plenty of mosquitoes and ants around..
Room is not clean, dirty, blank is not washed.
Bathroom is hardly to use, dirty, blocked, broken light.
And there must be "something" in the room! I felt headache every night, so does my girlfriend! Both of us had nightmare during that three nights!.
They messed up our reservation and made us pay for more expensive room.
Lady, who's in charge there, couldn't say any word in english except OK, which was annoying.
The lady also woke us up and wanted us to leave before official check out time.
doesn't look like very well organised place.
I would not go back there.
