A residential location and metro connection to downtown were excellent. Large, well supplied COOP supermarket and excellent coffee shop for breakfast around the corner. B apartment was well designed and comfortable. C receptionist was helpful and knowledgeable and did what she could to help us get the correct apartment. D WIFI connection was easy and stable. even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff at the hotel were most helpful . Nothing was to much trouble. The buses were easy and there was a Coop to get your shopping within a very short walk. Plus the most fantastic value Cafe opposite the Coop. A great stay. Huge apartment. It is clean and quiet, it is next to the bus station, take around 10 minutes to the S.M.n train station, its next to the supermarket called coop which is very convenient, and there is a good restaurant nearby. great place to stay definitely would recommend friendly staff who left message for us on arrival as plane trip delayed very clean close to busses lots of room to chill out great shower very friendly staff. The staff member who checked us in recommended a good local restaurant, the room was large and had all the facilities you would need. The room was clean and comfortable and very good value for money. it was really great stay. Nice stuff, clean room, there was a coffee+tea available + well equiped kitchen. the walking distance to the city centre is not bad-15min. I liked very much the friendly and helpful personnel at the residence. The apartment is nice and quiet. The bus connection (29) to the center of Florence is good. Very calm an clean and I loved the italian coffee machine The kitchen was well equiped (however I missed the vine glasses). Very silent and nice clean. Confortable for a couple or even for a family.The shopping centre is next to the apartmant. The staff was wonderful. Andres even brought us laundry detergent and helped us know how to work the machine. Nice location and apartmant with a friendly staff for a reasonable price. Recommended for everyone!. Friendliness of staff, facilities and location - GREAT PACKAGE. friendly receptions and big room. good size well equipped. The location is very good only 5 minutes to s.m.n by bus 28. The kitchen was enough good and there was a huge market only 3 minutes far on foot. There was a washing machine. Location was good for a reasonable walk into the city centre and was good value for money for Florence. Secure parking was excellent. The room was clean. There is a supermarket nearby, so we could buy groceries easily. And the kitchenware is quite enough. Clean and well equiped apartment. The Apartment was neat and good . The "apartment" is very spacious, in quet area, good location close to public transport. A the reserved apartment was not available at arrival so we ended up in a smaller one for the first night. B self catering facilities were limited... no kitchen top to work on. no cutting board and cooks knife. bad lighting in kitchen. C no international channels on the tv making it useless. You have to pay for late check in, the hot water is not working well, the location is a bit dangerous. There was nothing open in the area on a Sunday afternoon / evening. There was no bathtub as shown in the pictures and I was really diappointed because I booked it because the web page showed it There was a glazed floor (no wood) and therefore nor so comfortable for the feed TV was often broken down and apart of one english and one french only italian channels The air conditionning was broken down. Little bit far for the center and from the rail and bus station. Nothing... shower cold a bit of a walk to city centre and train station- approx. 30min walls very thin- very noisy neighbour. Although there is a kitchen, there was no oil, salt and etc. It is unnecessary to buy these things for 1 or 2 nights. Bed was uncomfortable. Actually there was no bed, it was a sofa. Sound proofing not so good, the street was quite but some noise from other apartments. It's really far from the city centre actually and it took us about half an hour to walk to the main station. Also, the location is not easy to find. The beds were not so comfortable. Double bed is two twin bed together. Location is distant to the city center (about 25/30 minutes walking). The apartment is located not exactly close to any attractions but quite close to the railway station.There were no amenities like quick things that you would need as soon as you arrive like cofee , Sugar etc etc. Entry into the building is clean and you are tempted to think that everything is the same, but the apartment is dirty. In fact is not an apartment, is a large room where there is a wooden cage "bedroom".
