the location is a big plus. its very close to santa maria novella station, and duomo and all other tourist attractions. there are small grocery stores nearby too. As well as restaurants.
Another thing that made me so happy was the whole place is very clean, everyday they made our room spotless. they also provide wifi in the public area which was working perfectly. the owner made us feel at home, she was very warm. The owner is a very nice lady, very welcoming. Hotel location is quite central on the popular via faenza with walking distance to the train station and the main touristic attractions. Rooms are really clean and new.

Hotel Nella is a reasonably priced hotel, and you get a nice, clean room in a central, but not too busy, street. Added bonus: Very, very nice and helpful staff.

There is no elevator, but its our morning exercise everyday before heading out. and our luggage was very light so twas not really a huge problem. next concern was the shower in our room. space was so tiny. But they have another public (shared) shower room, we never used it. But when i checked it was very clean and spacious enough.
