The location has to be the big plus. Minutes from the ponte vecchio
bridge! You are so close to all the main attractions in Florence.
Although our flight was badly delayed and we arrived very late,we were
warmly welcomed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast
was brought to your room which added a nice touch! The room was large
and typically italian which was lovely. Overall we had a lovely time in
Florence although shortened by our flight delay. I'd definitely

The room was big, comfortable and clean, as well as our own private bathroom. Since it faces on a very tiny alleyway it is also very quiet during both night and day. Also, location was just perfect, right in the city centre, very close to all the main attractions.
Laura, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.
Superb location, big comfortable rooms & bath, all in a very nice old-fashion style.
The owner Laura is extremely friendly and always wants to help with whatever possible. Don't miss her reccommendation of a great local restaurant just around the corner with amazing gluten free pasta!!.
The location of the B&B is very good, very close to the city
center and you can easily walk everything. The lady was very friendly
and gave good information if you asked something. The room was very
big and clean.

The only thing I would say was I missed having the en suite bathroom. I
knew this before travelling and it was fine for a few nights though. It
might have been nice to have had a kettle in the room to make yourself a
cup of tea/coffee without bothering the owners.
For the quality of the service I was expecting something more from breakfast. You get freshly brewed coffee and tea (which is nice), but only packed snacks rather than, for example, toast and cereals.

what you get was fine.
Not so easy to find the address, check it well on a map before or take a taxi! But no big deal!.
