The superior room was superior in size, cleanliness and number of bed cushions..! And above all it was very well lit..! View on Vesuvio park was not the best.The guys who serve (good) coffee at breakfast are true hosts! Friendly, quick and very customer orientated. Romolo deserves promotion! Parking is great, hotel reception is a bit anonymous, despite me speaking Italian. Views from terraces are spectacular. Good spot for travellers by car who are central to most sights in the area. Perfect .
kaikki arvostelut » Wonderful views of the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Friendly , helpful staff and efficient receptionists. Evening meals were creative, well presented and reasonably priced. Fabio very friendly and helpful. Room with a view - clean and well- furnished. Easy accessto Vesuvia - and a 10 euro taxi ride from Herculaneum and the Circumvesuviana. The location is perfect for seeing Vesuvio, Pompeii and heraculum (don't miss that). Friendly reception and bar. Good value for money. Nice and clean room with plenty of amenities. Nice view to the city, very friendly pesonnel, good point if you go to vulcano. location, staff, size of rooms, terrace,. The hotel is in a very quiet area, far away from the city. I would not recommend you to walk there as some of the parts I drove through did not seem safe. There are quite a few left/ empty/ burnt down buildings and you would not want to be walking around there. The hotel itself is very nice, modern and quiet. The room was specious, the staff helpful and the hotel car park is for free (not like in most places I stayed). Overall, my stay in this hotel was a nice surprise after being in a few dis. It is a good price value relation and relatively clean in a quiet environment. And has quiet a nice view. It's a good option if you go by car. Feeling of safety. Comfortable room. produce at breakfast are a bit limited in choice for this price range. no lift for 1st floor (or service to carry luggage upstairs). Directions to the hotel were incorrect with signage taking us down a street which was no longer a through road. Meals being served from a glass enclosure in the garden resulting in a cold atmosphere. Food was being transported from the kitchens in thermal boxes resulting in cool food and delays in serving. Loud jazz music piped into the dining area. The restaurant! Thought it was a joke at first - that we'd stumbled into a Fellini film set. The food though was genuinely nasty - despite the attentive service. The salad was one one the most unpleasant piles of inedible material I've ever been confronted with. The pappardelle was grossly over-salted - but hunger forced me to eat it. Stay at the hotel, but go out for supper! The breakfast was also poor - stale rolls and surly service. The Restuarent at the hotel just don't go there. The service was not acceptable. Find a pizza nearby. The Andris cafe, although stylish, had the worst food we've experienced in Italy and quite expensive drinks. I would recommend going to the pizzeria down the street. The pool area had strict rules about towels and water that left us feeling a little disappointed. The limited hours of the pool- it was closed as we arrived around 18:00 from a long drive The extra charge for the pool should we have been able to use it. The hotel is a bit out of town and not on a bus top (but close to one). If you have a car, and they have plenty of parking, the location is great. The views are wonderful. Restaurant was fine. The food in the restaurant. Breakfast is rather limited. breakfast, noisy marble floors. The staff is average, one irritating aspect is the fact that there was a smell like a toilet refreshener. Charges for towels and bathing hats for pool use (€7 each). Snack menu very expensive.
