Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic!
The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut

Isompi päätyasunto oli uskomattoman hieno freskoineen ja antiikkisine huonekaluineen. Ympäröivä Domason kylä on siisti ja rauhallinen. is a very quiet town, but so well located. An hour to the heart of the
Swiss alps. A nice ferry ride to Como, but best of all, a great place to
enjoy walks in the local country side, villages and mountains. (You will
need a small car to get to many walk starts). -
The apartment is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The lake and town center is a short walk down the street and there is a small grocery store that has great bread and croissants. The kitchen is very nice to use. Our children loved the small loft beds in the pink bedroom.

For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself). Very helpful contact Person. I suggest a call before departure as the street numbers and adresses could be confusing, specially in night arrival. The house is very clean and full equiped. Only an air conditioning is missing.
