They were really friendly, we had a problem with arriving at midnight,
but they sorted it out promptly, and as one of us was ill they allowed
us late 15:00 check out free of charge even though I offered to pay. As
it was Easter Sunday they had an Easter Egg on my sons table :) -

The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. fairly compact, and the balcony holds only 2 people, we loved it here.

Very nice decorated and clean room with a balcony and nice view. An Elevator which is a very very big plus Great location, very close to the pedestrian center. overall very good choice allthough i thought that its not as great as otherwise described. a bit pricey, but like all the hotels in cortina.

I loved heaters in my room, instead of air conditioning, cleanliness just excellent, old fashion style makes you feel staying in the castle, breakfast various, fresh and good, as much of fresh coffee as I needed. Staff was really kind. Right in front of the hotel skibuses's stop.
