All the staff were exceptionally good. The Half board food was very good and restaurant & bar staff could not have been more helpful. Reception went out of their way to help. The shuttle bus driver was equally good. In all a superb holiday experience. As experienced skiers the party was disappointed with the resort as a skiing location. Hence negative recommendation re Cortina - the hotel was as described - excellent.
