Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

Excellent location set back from the town but just a five minute walk from the lake and the lovely village of Gravedona. Close to windsurfing at Domaso but also walking in the mountains and exploring the lake villages by boat. Only two boats a day but I liked that this made the town quiet with a local community. Free wifi in the public area, free parking on the property, and most rooms with wonderful views of the lake and mountains from many rooms make this the best hotel in its price category that I have stayed in on Lake Como. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The lady who runs the place was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though we arrived late, she was there to check us in. The residence is located in quiet and peaceful village. Not very touristy which was great. We walked a lot but I guess most people would drive. Great location with a lake view and mountain walks in the area. Will go

This was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. With no other hotels in the area, it was very laid back, in contrast to nearby towns which were a bit touristy!

It's our one of best place during the vacation. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. We had a perfect, relaxing stay. The room was lovely and always very clean, the views from all windows/balcony were amazing, as were the views at breakfast and sitting by the pool. The pool was kept very clean and quite cool, but perfect for the hot weather. The gardens were gorgeous when we were there, the lavender everywhere was spectacular.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.
