This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed (and I know a lot of 4 stars in Europe). Fantastic decorated rooms in a 18th century building. Great breakfast (every thing of top quality). good variety. There is also bacon and eggs available at no extra charge.
Rita from Front desk was just amazing. A warm welcome upon check in, very informative and always with good recommendations.
We were given a free upgrade and Cannolli and Prosecho for my wife's birthday. parking no problem.

This is my second time going to this place. I enjoy the food, the suite and all that it has. It's very classical in style and rich in art. There is a pool and spa area also. The breakfast is awesome with beautiful views of the water. The drinks at the bar are also good if your looking to get a buzz. They don water then down. All and all my wife and I love it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. I´ve booked this hotel because my mother was blocked because of a flight stop due to the vulcano eruption. All the staff was very gently and helpfull with my mother: the shuttle driver, the staff at reception and room service. The restaurant was delicious with very good prices and the waiters had a lot of attentions.
At the end my mother stayed 2 nichts and the terrible experience with the flight was turned to a wonderfull experience to be repeted thanks to that hotel!
