  This hotel is a real family enterprise, with staff who seem to do their utmost to help you, even extending to walking you down a street to show you where a restaurant is, or letting you hire a relative's car! All the way up into the medieval part of Castiglione. Fun to drive the narrow streets. Superb views on Etna and the old town from the room and from the 4th floor dining room. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Luckily Mr. Silvio had turned on the heating before we arrived as it was still cold mid February.
