  - very friendly staff, including the owners - everyone was extremely service-oriented - the pool was AMAZING; view of the rolling Tuscan hills was gorgeous - was a little hard to find but received excellent directions via the phone (when the Hotel called us to ask if we were ok making our way there!) There is a complete silence, the atmosphere is perfect: you'll feel like a character pf Bertolucci's "Io ballo da sola" movie. - The scenery is amazing -- the hotel is a postcard and very romantic.   The good atmosphere created by the whole staff of the hotel, veryfriendly all over. The food was excellent, the garden and scenery aspittoresque as we had expected it to be. Beautiful, spacy, romantic andvery rooms, in addition ours had a splendid view to the wineyards. - The size of the room was wonderful. The food was very good.
