  We were two couples and had an excellent vacation with a warm and very friendly and open welcome from the owners (a young and cute couple). We stayed at the two bedroom villa that has all necessary equipment (together with basic cooking products), a large living room and great kitchen. At a small driving distance you'll find great places - Everything :) The hosts - Alice and Giulio - are simply great. We've got every help what we have needed, many times even without asking... The location is just amazing, beautiful hills all around, great view from the hotel. We were in the so called "small budget" room, which was actually bigger than some "normal" rooms in other hotels where we were live during our Tuscany trip. Maybe this (and only this) room is not the best for tall people, as it is under the roof, and some part of it not to
