Normally selections from the internet are never exceed my expectations. This time, my expectations were exceeded. And the owners - they care about your stay. I really enjoyed my visit here. Wonderful place in a nice italian lakeside village. -

It is a great place to stay, very luxury and central located. The owner was very friendly, too. The problem was the weather, we stayed 1 night and all the time was raining in Cannobio. They could not help but it was a pity that we could not enjoy the hotel better, they had a marvelous swimming pool... -

What a lovely place! We did not expect a lot but were nicely surprised. The rooms are modern and homely, spotless and cheerful.Excellent value for money! Will recommend to friends and return, for sure!

The family were so welcoming and fun. The Hotel is beautifully kept and the bar which is open all day a real bonus . Although the owners spoke little English their son did and he ran the bar and was extremely helpful. A great base for walking and exploring. -

The hotel is beautifully renovated, retaining some wonderful original features. The room we had (#3) was split level with an attic bathroom, balcony and lake view. A stunning hotel, stylish and chic. Breakfast was far better than the usual fair and the associated restaurant, Vizi e Sfizi excellent. -

Great stay. Set a little back from the waterfront it took us a few
minutes to find the hotel from the ferry . Our room was large and we
could not have asked for better. We dined in the garden restaurant-good
food and we could have ordered less as some main courses are huge! .
Overall for a one night visit this hotel and Cannobio was a delight and
