  Plain,simplistic design and layout of the reception/dining area is carried right through into the bedrooms and bathroom.It was warm, very clean and spacous. The bedroom was very comfortable and practical with good tea making fascility, perhaps a waste bin would be useful. Bridget's breakfasts were exceptional. Conveniently located in a wonderful city (walking distance to everything of interest, or the buses), warm welcome by the owners, very cosy house, clean, quiet and well-equiped modern design rooms with great beds and airco, and every morning a delightful fresh breakfast with a personal touch. The staff really makes you feel at home. We were truly sad to leave and will return.
