The location within the city was perfect. The building was classic.The bathroom and bedroom facilities were very modern and clean. The breakfast facilities, which were self-serve, were good because you could make coffee etc. to suit yourself. Daniela, the landlady, is very nice and available at all hours. -

We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was huge with a full kitchen, living/dining room, very large bath, big bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony that ran the entire length of the apartment. The balcony could be walked on but was really too narrow for chairs. Large french doors opened onto the balcony from the bedroom and living room.

A wonderful place at a very reasonable price,one of the most comfortable 'hotels' we have ever stayed in.Calling it a B&B does it no favour as it is more like a luxury apartment with a tremendous view of the city. Very friendly and helpful hosts, an enjoyable breakfast, access to a very safe garage and above all proximity ,2mns'walk, to the extremely beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno. We will go there again.

Very nice host. Very nice modern room in a very old building. Very clean. Nice location on a major piazza. Once you close all windows it is very quiet. Parking is available in the area and you have to pay during the day. Your host will help you to find a cheap place to park only few minutes away.
