The owner of the place, Raffaele, is very nice and helpful! He picked us up at the airport and made us feel very welcome when we arrived to the B&B. He also speaks English pretty well, which we learned isn't something you can expect in Italy...
The room was clean and fresh with a high standard.
There are bikes to borrow which is a great way to explore the town and the surroundings!

Location is perfect. 3 min from the seaside and 5min from the city center . Very clean accommodation comfy beds and in the house you can find everything that you want. The host is very friendly and he was kind enough to pick us up from the airport in the middle of the night .. if you go there take the bikes which are for free, they are incredibly funny :).
The B&B was super clean and in a great location. Rafaelle was so friendly, he picked us up and took us back to the airport, recommended us restaurants and things to do. Could not rate highly enough!.
Room was very nice and comfy. Breakfast was prepared in the evening so we could have breakfast early before we had to catch our flight. Raffaele was very friendly and provided information about the city.

The flat is in the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
