The location of the hotel is unique. It is right in the middle of the salt flats and given the right room, (which we were given one on the first floor) provided stunning view of the salf flats both during the morning and at sun set. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we'd love to go back there one day! - The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good and we ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and the food and wine from the Donna Franca winery were very good. Would recommend the hotel, but you do need a car to get about. Fantastic views of the islands

My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the beautifully renovated La Gancia! We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Food wise, excellent, dined both evening and breakfast.

Not being a big resort, it does not carry with it the pedestrian traffic in bigger hotels. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a quiet place to stay close to the city. It is also very close to Mount Erice.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially considering our very limited Italian. They also let us use the bicycles at the hotel and arranged a taxi to pick us up from Trapani airport and back again as we had no hire car. - Great bed, large room with wonderful bath, quiet, a/c worked great

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool area was brilliant with dancing and music at the poolside during the daytime. The hotel rooms were delightful and it was crisp, clean and sharp. The views were delightful and the hotel will pick you up and return you to the port if you ask them. The breakfast was lovely

The whole complex was extremely nice and clean. Staff was helpful and evening entertainment especially for the young children was superb. We had a lovely ground floor apartment with ac in front of the pool. the hotel is walking distance from the centre and walking distance (about half hour) from lido burrone. Would definitely book there again.
