  Beautiful, ELEGANT, boutique, LUXURY HOTEL WITH A VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, HELPFUL STAFF. Everything about this hotel screams refined taste. Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. We truly loved this hotel in wonderful Verona! - The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Our room was fantastic with a large bathroom. Luxuriously set up and ideally located. Everything worked well and Maria cooked us wonderful breakfasts each morning. It was a perfect location for our weekend visit to Verona. Being within the ZTL area means hardly any cars around. It was just a minute away from the lovely Piazza Erbe with plenty of shops, cafes and bars to tempt you on way! Luigi was the perfect host, clea - Beautifully located in the heart of Verona, near all the places you want to see and all nice fashion shops and 'piazzas' with cafes and restaurants, Residenza Borsari is a charming place to visit Verona. We started our stay with a glass of prosecco on the little balcony looking at the passing by people. Breakfast is served on the terrazza and you can talk to Luigi, the host, who will give you the best hints regarding the best foodie places in Verona. We will definitely come back:)

  The girls and I loved the apartment we stayed in at the residence two. It was very convenient to have in room breakfast as we were affected by jet lag. The staff was always friendly and helpful in any interaction we had (reception, room service, spa, snack bar, restaurant...). The grounds of the hotels are amazing, we truly enjoyed the secluded ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » atmosphere of the park, the natural lakes with mineral water. Our skin was wonderful after the stay. I also had a facial at the SPA end enjoyed the ex - We liked the long walks in the beautiful botanical garden with the Thermal Lake and Spa. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We liked our personal Training with Andrea Brunelli for fitness.

  The lady who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, and always said "hello" when she saw us during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had a very good shower.   Excellent friendly staff and service was exceptional! - very nice staff. They do anything for you. Everybody speaks very good english and german. Very good location, close to the lake and walkingdistance to Bardolino (lungo lago, very nice!)
