  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not get his nam, but the shuttle driver was very courteous, helpful, and friendly.   The desk clerk was very accommodating, even advancing me 15 euros to pay my cab. (I didn't realize I could have used the hotel shuttle.) The hotel was very luxurious, with a terrific breakfast included, at a very reasonable price. - the staff were really friendly, and the times of the meals were really convenient.
